    About the role#

    The Trading Infrastructure and Risk team is seeking a Co-Op to support Trade Operations within Investment Operations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate delivery instructions on the ALERT platform for global and domestic trades. You will coordinate workflows between internal teams, custodians, and the ALERT service provider to ensure smooth settlement processes.

    What you'll do#

    • Manage the relationship with the ALERT service provider.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and custodians to ensure settlement instructions are correctly populated.
    • Assist with the weekly review of physical mail.
    • Complete ad hoc project work as assigned.
    • Train the incoming co-op at the end of your cycle.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a student at Northeastern University.
    • Proficiency in all MS Office applications.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
    • Term: Winter 2027.
    • Modality: Hybrid (4 days in office per week).
    • Employment: Full time, paid position.
