    About the role#

    The Talent Development team manages global development efforts for employees at all career stages. As a Co-op, you will support the Talent Enablement Leader by coordinating central talent offerings and assisting with broader Talent Management activities. This role provides insight into the operations required to execute talent development programs, including workshop administration and system management.

    What you'll do#

    • Administer development offerings through the Learning Management System.
    • Coordinate the implementation of workshops and development events.
    • Assist with Talent Management activities.
    • Plan and execute workshops.
    • Manage vendor relationships.
    • Support online learning initiatives.
    • Create new learning solutions to meet business needs.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a student at Northeastern University.
    • Professional, detail-oriented, analytical, and flexible approach.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
    • Maturity in manner and professional appearance.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
    • Term: Winter 2027.
    • Modality: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote).
    • Employment: Full-time, paid position.
