About the role#
The Corporate Access and Research Services (CARS) team manages external research, corporate access, and expert networks. As a co-op, you will contribute to data-driven solutions for internal investors, corporates, and clients. You will work across teams to improve processes and support strategic outcomes in a global program.
What you'll do#
- Analyze research services and corporate access consumption data to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
- Manage ad-hoc requests regarding third-party research approvals, investor support, and entitlement processes.
- Centralize and coordinate corporate access activity, including the analysis of corporate events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve meeting data inconsistencies across systems.
- Assist with relationship management of research providers and the biannual broker vote.
- Use Excel and Python to access and analyze data, improve systems, and enhance team workflows.
- Contribute to the culture and norms of a diverse global team.
What you'll need#
- You must be a student at Northeastern University.
- A positive, proactive work ethic with a hands-on approach, a sense of humor, and a collaborative spirit.
- Experience or knowledge of data visualization, analysis, and programming tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python.
- Familiarity with data infrastructure concepts such as automation, APIs, data modeling, and data management.
- Strong attention to detail and a versatile skillset that bridges business and technical needs.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and connect daily tasks to broader strategic goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Start Date: January 5th (fixed).
- Modality: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote).
- Employment: Full-time paid co-op.
