About the role#
CenterSquare Investment Management offers a 10-week summer internship in Real Estate Securities Equity Research. You will work directly with portfolio managers and analysts to build and manage a portfolio of public stocks. This role provides exposure to investment professionals and senior leadership through daily tasks, mentorship, and project work.
What you'll do#
- Model, value, and forecast public securities.
- Attend portfolio and broker meetings.
- Tour local real estate assets.
- Participate in weekly lunch and learn sessions to understand firm operations.
- Present a final project to team members and senior leaders.
- Receive on-the-job training and professional guidance from an assigned mentor.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a finance, accounting, economics, or real estate program.
- A strong academic record and GPA.
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with vlookups, macros, and index functions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- An interest in real estate, the stock market, or macroeconomic events.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
- The position is on-site.
