About the role#
CenterSquare Investment Management is offering a 10-week summer internship for students interested in marketing and communications. You will work alongside our marketing, Investor Relations, and Capital Markets teams to support our real estate investment strategies. This position provides hands-on experience through project ownership, exposure to senior leadership, and weekly professional development sessions.
What you'll do#
- Build a standardized library of slides and modules for sales presentations.
- Create content for emails, web pages, and social media using existing templates.
- Help execute strategic marketing campaigns and track their success metrics.
- Work with different teams to improve how information is accessed for presentations.
- Participate in social networking activities and training sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
- A strong academic record and GPA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- An understanding of the marketing funnel and campaign strategy.
- Ability to organize complex information and take ownership of projects.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site at our office in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
- We do not offer visa sponsorship for this position.
