About the role#
Willis Johnson Wealth is looking for college Juniors and Seniors to join our Marketing and Business Development team in Houston. This internship offers hands-on experience with digital marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling in the wealth management industry. You will work alongside our team on projects that support our marketing strategy and business development efforts.
What you'll do#
- Plan and schedule social media content calendars.
- Design digital content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct competitor research and analyze trends in SEO, email marketing, webinars, and digital advertising.
- Support business development through email campaigns, outreach, and marketing materials.
- Create marketing collateral, including infographics, presentations, social media graphics, and short-form video content.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior or Senior status pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva or PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
