About the role#
CenterSquare Investment Management offers a 10-week summer internship within the Private Equity Real Estate team. This program provides exposure to the full investment lifecycle, including underwriting, acquisitions, financing, and asset management. You will work directly from our Conshohocken office, gain mentorship from senior leaders, and participate in team meetings and asset tours.
What you'll do#
- Build cash flow projections using Argus and Excel.
- Create and maintain Argus models for various commercial properties.
- Conduct due diligence for potential property acquisitions.
- Gather financial and market data to support investment decisions.
- Attend portfolio and broker meetings to observe the investment process.
- Present a final project to team members and leadership at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Real Estate.
- A strong academic record with a high GPA.
- Advanced Excel skills, specifically with vlookups, macros, and index functions.
- A genuine interest in real estate, macroeconomic trends, or the stock market.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time position.
