About the role#
This is a 12-week, full-time summer internship based in Jacksonville, Florida. You will join the finance team to gain hands-on experience with corporate accounting functions, including financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger maintenance. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support daily operations and participate in structured development sessions.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Send invoices to customers.
- Use billing and accounting software to input, retrieve, and analyze financial data.
- Collaborate on a group innovation project throughout the summer.
- Participate in weekly structured development sessions, workshops, and leadership series.
- Perform additional duties and tasks as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, specifically in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Junior or Senior standing by credit hours.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and an interest in process improvement.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in-office.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
