About the role#
Oaktree Capital Management offers a 10-week summer internship program for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics. This full-time program provides exposure to various investment strategies and firm operations. Interns work on-site in either Los Angeles or New York.
What you'll do#
- Support investment strategies including Global Opportunities, Global Private Debt, Real Estate Equity, Sourcing & Origination, Special Situations, and U.S. Senior Loans.
- Perform fundamental credit analysis to assist team objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders on investment projects.
- Participate in firm events held both in and outside of the office.
What you'll need#
- Expected graduation in 2028 or 2029.
- Strong work ethic and dedication.
- Demonstrated intelligence and integrity.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
Location & details#
- Locations: Los Angeles, California and New York, New York.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: $43 per hour.
