About the role#
Webasto Group is hiring a Quality Intern for a paid, full-time, on-site position in Lexington, Kentucky. This is a rolling internship opportunity for students pursuing degrees in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields. You will work directly with the quality team to maintain documentation and support operational reporting.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and organize QMS documents, procedures, and forms to ensure compliance with standards.
- Upload and manage files within electronic systems.
- Control and manage changes to processes and equipment.
- Process operational deviations using the SAP system.
- Schedule and monitor layered process audits.
- Collect data from multiple sources to assist with QMS reporting.
- Clean, analyze, and structure data for internal reports.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Clear communication and teamwork skills.
