About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2026 term. You will work on-site at the Webasto Group facility in Lexington, Kentucky, supporting the manufacturing engineering department.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the design and development of manufacturing processes.
- Participate in problem-solving sessions to address production challenges.
- Support the engineering team with project implementation.
- Conduct experiments and analyze technical data.
- Prepare reports and documentation for engineering projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace, Chemical, Civil, Computer, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with CAD software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
