About the role#
Weaver is hiring Tax Interns for the Spring 2028 season. This internship provides practical experience in tax preparation and client service during our peak season. You will work as part of a team while gaining exposure to various tax return types and participating in formal and on-the-job training.
What you'll do#
- Prepare tax returns from start to finish.
- Gain exposure to multiple types of tax returns, including those for individuals, businesses, and trusts.
- Support client engagements during the peak tax season.
- Participate in formal and on-the-job training programs.
- Work as part of a warm and inclusive team culture.
What you'll need#
- You are working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- You have the ability to travel to client sites when required.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- You possess strong written and oral communication skills.
- You bring a positive attitude and a growth mindset to your work.
- Please note that overtime may be expected.

- Locations: New York, NY; Little Falls, NJ; Bethesda, MD; Philadelphia, PA.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
