About the role#
Weaver is hiring Audit Interns for the Spring 2028 term. This internship offers practical experience during our peak season. You will work on client engagements and gain exposure to different parts of the audit process. We provide both formal and on-the-job training to help you grow your skills. You will also contribute to our inclusive office culture.
What you'll do#
- Support client engagements during the busy season.
- Perform hands-on work at our offices or at client sites.
- Work with multiple clients across various sections of the audit.
- Participate in training programs.
- Collaborate with team members and leaders.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Accounting or a related field, with the goal of meeting CPA credit requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
- Ability to travel to client sites when required.
- Availability to work overtime if needed.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- Work is on-site.
- Locations include New York, NY; Jericho, NY; Little Falls, NJ; Bethesda, MD; and Boston, MA.
- Compensation is $35.00 to $37.00 per hour, depending on skills and location.
- We do not provide sponsorship for this role.
