About the role#
Wave Life Sciences is seeking an IT Lab and GxP Systems Support Co-op to join our program for the Winter 2027 term. This role provides hands-on experience supporting IT infrastructure within a laboratory and regulated environment. You will work on-site in Lexington, Massachusetts, as a full-time member of the IT team.
What you'll do#
- Provide daily IT support for laboratory and GxP-regulated systems.
- Collaborate with IT Technical Specialists and Business Analysts to deliver technical solutions.
- Manage and resolve support tickets through the FreshService platform.
- Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles to assist with system upkeep and user education.
- Learn and apply best practices for system support in a regulated GxP environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- A solid understanding of Windows operating systems.
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
