About the role#
Keros Therapeutics is hiring a Research Associate Co-op to join the bioanalytical team. This role supports the development of pharmacokinetic and immunogenicity assays for clinical and non-clinical studies. You will contribute to projects focused on TGF-beta signaling pathways and help advance therapies for patients with tissue and blood cell disorders. This is a full-time, paid position available for the Winter and Summer 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Support the qualification of pharmacokinetic, immunogenic, and biomarker discovery assays.
- Review literature and evaluate the performance of experimental assays.
- Test study samples and analyze data to support preclinical and translational activities.
- Maintain an organized laboratory workspace and document all experiments in an electronic notebook.
- Present your findings at team meetings or to larger audiences.
- Participate in meetings with Contract Research Organization (CRO) partners.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Previous experience with protein detection methods or immunogenicity assays.
- Familiarity with methods such as MSD or ELISA is preferred.

- Compensation: $28 to $32 per hour.
