About the role#
This is a full-time, 10-week summer internship for students pursuing a Bachelor's degree. You will join the Data & Analytics team to work on real-time projects that impact core business operations. This role offers exposure to an AI-first ecosystem and provides opportunities to collaborate with mentors across business units.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Sales, Service, and CX business partners to deliver high-impact data solutions.
- Develop conversational UIs and integrate emerging AI capabilities, agents, and LLMs into core business processes.
- Build and enhance scalable data assets, dashboards, semantic layers, and gold layers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Good academic standing.
- Ability to work full-time for 10 weeks between June 2027 and August 2027.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for future sponsorship.
- Willingness to travel and relocate if necessary.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in advanced predictive analytics and data architecture, including transitioning systems from historical reporting to predictive, algorithmic forecasting, behavioral data modeling, or data structuring.
- Academic background in Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

- Location: Harding Township, New Jersey.
- Modality: Hybrid, with a schedule including work from home and assigned office days.
- Compensation: $27.00 per hour.
