About the role#
This R&D Co-Op position offers a hands-on learning experience within the product development team. You will work alongside experienced engineers and lab technicians during the Fall 2026 term. This role focuses on thermal research and development, providing you with the chance to contribute to real-world projects and solve technical problems.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with R&D engineers on product development tasks.
- Set up, monitor, and conduct laboratory tests.
- Measure and collect data throughout the testing process.
- Record all findings accurately.
- Communicate test results and identify any technical problems to the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Engineering degree program, preferably Mechanical, Computer, or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
