About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in data analytics within the food distribution industry. You will work with the Data Intelligence & Advisory team to learn how to apply academic training to real-world business projects. The role is full-time, covering 40 hours per week, and operates on a hybrid schedule.
What you'll do#
- Meet with product owners, managers, and business users to identify requirements and product enhancement opportunities.
- Write requirements documentation and user stories to define processes and technical specifications.
- Join daily and weekly Agile meetings and ceremonies.
- Work with the development team to turn requirements into feasible technical designs.
- Collaborate with the testing team to verify that requirements are met and help troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in meetings to plan the deployment of new tools.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Must be enrolled in school during the internship period.
- Experience with business process optimization or gathering business requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to commute to the office regularly.
