About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in product analytics within the food distribution industry. You will support the Digital Commerce team while working under direct supervision. The program includes regular check-ins with a manager and a mentor to guide your professional development and provide feedback.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with product owners, managers, and business users to identify product enhancement opportunities and understand requirements.
- Write requirements documentation and user stories to define processes and specifications.
- Join daily and weekly Agile team meetings and ceremonies.
- Work with the development team to turn requirements into technical designs.
- Partner with the testing team to verify that requirements are met and help troubleshoot issues.
- Assist in planning the deployment of digital tools.
- Interact with the user experience lead to learn about wireframe development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with business process optimization or gathering business requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Exposure to the software development lifecycle and Agile methodology.
