About the role#
The Student Conduct and Ethical Development (SCED) Intern supports the University of South Florida by promoting ethical decision-making and awareness of the Student Code of Conduct. This role offers practical experience in student affairs, event planning, and university administration. You will work closely with professional staff to engage the campus community through outreach and educational programming.
What you'll do#
- Assist with campus outreach, educational programming, and student engagement initiatives.
- Create and distribute educational and promotional materials, including digital content and physical handouts.
- Plan, host, and participate in educational tabling events, workshops, and campus programs.
- Support the management and development of SCED social media content.
- Maintain effective and ongoing communication with SCED professional staff and campus partners.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time University of South Florida student.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.
- No active student conduct sanctions.
- Strong communication, organization, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work during morning and afternoon hours.
- Preferred majors include Communications, Psychology, Political Science, and Criminal Justice.

- Location: Saint Petersburg, Florida.
- Term: Fall 2026 through Winter 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
