About the role#
The 2027 BNY Summer Internship Program in Client Service offers students hands-on experience within a global financial services firm. This 10-week program focuses on client support, service delivery, and relationship management. Interns work on projects that help resolve client inquiries and improve internal processes. You will gain exposure to the business model and collaborate with operations and technology teams.
What you'll do#
- Support the resolution of client inquiries by gathering facts and coordinating with internal partners.
- Track service metrics, commitments, and trends to help teams identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with onboarding, transitions, and process updates to simplify client interactions.
- Work across operations, service, and relationship teams to maintain clear communication and progress.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program.
- Expected graduation date in December 2027 or May 2028.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Majors including Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Political Science, or Data Science.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
