About the role#
The Athletics Compliance Office at the University of South Florida is hiring a Student Assistant for the Fall 2026 term. This role supports the office in ensuring that student-athletes remain eligible to compete under NCAA rules and regulations. You will work directly with staff to support daily operations and departmental projects.
What you'll do#
- Monitor athletics activities to ensure compliance with NCAA rules.
- Assist staff with game-day compliance operations, including select home football games.
- Help develop and prepare NCAA rules education materials for coaches, staff, and student-athletes.
- Collaborate on departmental projects and special initiatives.
- Handle administrative tasks to support the daily functions of the office.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when managing compliance-related information and documentation.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current USF student with a Federal Work Study award.
- You are required to upload your award letter and class schedule for Fall 2026.
- This position requires a Level 1 criminal background check.
- Students from majors such as Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, or Political Science are encouraged to apply.
