About the role#
The IT Operations Co-Op serves as the first point of contact for technology support at Audax Group. You will handle daily operational tasks, resolve support requests, and assist with the maintenance of office technology. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Act as the primary contact for customer-facing support regarding desktops, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, applications, printers, and telephony.
- Answer service requests in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
- Assist with the deployment, maintenance, and tracking of technology assets including computers and mobile devices.
- Manage tasks related to hardware adds, moves, and changes within the office.
- Monitor and resolve technology support requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS or BA degree program in Computer Science, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, Human Resources, or Logistics.
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with people at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivation and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with limited direction.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Apple iOS, MS Outlook, and MS Office 365.
- Experience with hardware and software installation or deployment.

- Location: New York, New York.
- Term: January 2027 to June 2027.
- Modality: On-site, 3-4 days per week in the office.
- Compensation: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour.
