About the role#
The IT Operations Co-Op serves as the first point of contact for technology support at Audax Group. You will handle daily operational tasks, resolve support requests, and ensure that our team has the tools they need to succeed. This position runs from January 2027 through June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Answer service requests promptly and provide high-quality support to all users.
- Assist with the deployment, maintenance, and tracking of technology assets like laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Manage hardware and software installations for new and existing equipment.
- Handle tasks related to the physical relocation of IT assets during office moves.
- Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting desktops, printers, networking, and remote access issues.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS or BA degree program, with a preference for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or Cybersecurity majors.
- Experience with Windows OS, macOS, and Apple iOS at a basic to intermediate level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office 365.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work with minimal supervision.

- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Modality: This is an on-site role requiring 3-4 days per week in the office.
- Term: Winter 2027 cycle (January 4, 2027 to June 25, 2027).
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
