About the role#
The Industry Connections Development Intern joins the Industry to Campus Connection team within the Center for Career and Professional Development. This role provides hands-on experience in employer engagement, internship development, and professional communications. You will support initiatives that connect employers with students at the University of South Florida.
What you'll do#
- Support employer engagement through recruitment efforts and job promotion campaigns.
- Manage employer communications by monitoring the RecruitUSF inbox and providing customer service.
- Review employer job postings and internships to ensure they align with university guidelines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a degree-seeking student at the University of South Florida.
- Eligibility to participate in the Federal Work-Study (FWS) Program.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Political Science.

- This position is located in Tampa, Florida.
- The role is on-site and part-time.
