About the role#
The Facilities Information Services department is hiring a Data Entry Assistant for the Fall 2026 term. This part-time, paid position offers a flexible schedule of up to 20 hours per week during standard business hours. You will work on-site at the SVC Building on the Tampa campus. ## What you'll do
- Input data into the University database with high accuracy.
- Verify information and organize files.
- Assist with report generation and the processing of the USF Annual Space Survey results.
- Update existing records with new information.
- Perform comparative analyses of various data sources for administrative projects.
What you'll need#
- A current Federal Work Study (FWS) award for the 2026-2027 academic year.
- Prior experience in a data entry role with a focus on detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- General computer and administrative skills.
- Ability to learn new computer systems quickly.

- Location: Tampa, Florida.
- Modality: On-site at the SVC Building.
- Schedule: Flexible, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
