About the role#
Schaeffler offers a co-op position for the Fall 2026 term based in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This is a full-time, paid, on-site role. You will work on various projects that provide hands-on training and exposure to our manufacturing and technological processes.
What you'll do#
- Support human resource tasks including recruiting, scheduling, and administrative work.
- Assist with controlling functions by reporting, analyzing budget processes, and creating process documentation.
- Create business cases for new product production.
- Help maintain the purchasing and quality strategy roadmap.
- Contribute to the achievement of our quality objectives.
- Work independently on assigned projects and participate in job rotations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an academic degree program with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivation and an assertive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical ability to sit at a workstation for long periods and lift up to thirty pounds.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
