About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Co-Op position based in Wooster, Ohio, for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site to gain experience through projects, job-rotation, and training within our manufacturing and technological processes. We require that you be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
What you'll do#
- Support human resource tasks including recruiting, scheduling, and general administration.
- Assist with controlling functions by reporting, analyzing budget processes, and creating process documentation.
- Develop business cases for new product production.
- Support the purchasing and quality strategy roadmap.
- Understand and follow the Quality Policy and Procedures to help meet quality objectives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an academic degree program and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum 2.5 GPA per semester.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems assertively.
- Physical ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods and lift or move 30 pounds.
