About the role#
This Co-Op position offers hands-on experience in manufacturing, design, and technological processes at our Fort Mill facility. You will receive a project charter and description during onboarding to guide your work. Successful students may be invited back for future rotations. We offer temporary housing based on availability for a modest fee.
What you'll do#
- Deliver key results in your assigned project area.
- Define and document process parameters.
- Support product development design efforts.
- Lead actions to reduce scrap.
- Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of machinery in high volume work areas.
- Follow quality policies and contribute to quality objectives.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in an academic degree program.
- Minimum 2.5 GPA per semester.
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated mindset with an assertive approach to problem solving.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
