About the role#
This co-op position at the Fort Mill plant offers hands-on experience in manufacturing, design, and technological processes. You will receive a project charter during onboarding and work toward specific deliverables by the end of your assignment. This is a full-time, paid role for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Define and document process parameters.
- Support design efforts for product development.
- Quantify and lead actions to reduce scrap.
- Improve the efficiency of machinery in high-volume work areas.
- Adhere to the Quality Policy and Procedures while contributing to quality objectives.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in an academic degree program.
- Minimum 2.5 GPA per semester.
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work with self-motivation.
