About the role#
This is a full-time co-op position for the Fall 2026 term. You will work on-site in Fort Mill, South Carolina, gaining experience through projects, job rotations, and hands-on training within our manufacturing and technology processes. You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
What you'll do#
- Support human resource functions, including recruiting and scheduling.
- Assist with controlling tasks like reporting, budget analysis, and creating process documentation.
- Develop business cases for new product production.
- Contribute to purchasing and quality strategy roadmaps.
- Learn and apply our quality policies to meet company objectives.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an academic degree program, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- A minimum 2.5 GPA per semester.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems assertively.
- Physical ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods and lift up to thirty pounds.
