About the role#
Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Software Engineering Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid internship based in West Valley City, Utah. You will work on-site as part of a team contributing to the development of software applications for advanced systems. Please note that U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the build, test, and delivery of software applications.
- Work on complex technical problems within cross-disciplined integrated product teams.
- Participate in code reviews and support testing efforts.
- Collaborate with a product lead and team members to establish development approaches.
What you'll need#
- You must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM major.
- You must be actively enrolled in your degree program through the completion of the internship.
- A solid understanding of standard programming practices, software architecture, and networking is required.
