About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Winter 2027. You will gain practical experience in audit and assurance by working alongside our professionals. You will contribute to the accuracy of financial reporting for our clients while developing your skills in a professional office environment.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with audit teams on data entry, documentation, and basic financial analysis.
- Assist with substantive and control testing procedures.
- Prepare workpapers and audit reports.
- Maintain audit files to ensure they are accurate and organized.
- Perform basic analytical procedures to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues.
- Use audit software to input data and extract reports.
- Communicate with team members to provide task updates and ask questions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Ability to sit at a desk and work at a computer for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
