About the role#
As a Technology Risk and Compliance (TRC) Intern, you will help clients identify and manage their technology and cybersecurity risks. You will work with the TRC team on various IT risk and control frameworks, including SOC, PCI, HIPAA, and NIST. This is a paid, full-time internship opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with IT Audit Managers and clients to understand their IT systems and infrastructure.
- Assess IT risks and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Evaluate and test the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Document testing procedures, results, and conclusions.
- Track your time and maintain designated chargeable hours.
What you'll need#
- You are actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, information systems, computer science, business administration, cybersecurity, data science, or a similar field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- You have up to one year of relevant experience.
- You have experience working with IT systems.

- Location: St. Louis, Missouri.

- Modality: This role is on-site.
- Note: Some travel is required, including team meetings at various offices and occasional client visits.
