About the role#
The Finance and Accounting Intern position is based in the Ingredient Solutions Group. This is a paid, year-round role that offers hands-on experience in a corporate environment. Interns work alongside the finance and accounting teams to support daily operations and long-term projects.
What you'll do#
- Participate in monthly close, reporting, forecasting, and annual budgets.
- Support cross-functional leaders to execute real-world work.
- Contribute to projects that develop technical, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Engage in company events and initiatives that foster professional learning.
- Manage ad hoc requests and industry research tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior, senior, or graduate student with at least one year of school remaining.
- A major in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, along with familiarity with Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Location & details#
- Location: Springdale, Arkansas (must live within 60 miles of the facility).
- Modality: On-site.
- Hours: 40 hours per week during the summer; up to 20 hours per week during the school year.
