About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2026 term. Interns will gain hands-on experience in poultry production and live operations, with exposure to support departments including Safety and Quality Assurance. Successful performance may lead to opportunities for full-time employment with the Cobb team.
What you'll do#
- Work across various poultry production and live operations roles to understand the full production process.
- Engage with operation support departments such as Safety and Quality Assurance.
- Contribute to business success through innovative ideas and value creation.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment or work independently.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with at least one semester of school remaining.
- Preferred field of study in Agriculture, Poultry Operations, or related agricultural disciplines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- A motivated self-starter mindset with a desire to learn from others.
Location & details#
- This position is on-site in Springdale, Arkansas, and Rose, Oklahoma.
- Priority consideration is given to candidates currently local to the area.
