About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer 2026 internship focused on poultry production and live operations. Interns will gain hands-on experience across various stages of the production process and receive exposure to critical support departments, including Safety and Quality Assurance. You will be expected to contribute to the team through innovative ideas and value creation. Based on performance and business needs, interns may have the opportunity to transition into full-time roles.
What you'll do#
- Work in various poultry production and live operations positions to understand the full production cycle.
- Engage with operation support departments such as Safety and Quality Assurance.
- Apply problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills to daily operations.
- Collaborate with team members while maintaining the ability to work independently.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program with at least one semester of school remaining.
- Preferred fields of study include Agriculture, Poultry Operations, or related agricultural disciplines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- A motivated, self-starting attitude with a strong desire to learn from others.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Locations: Springdale, Arkansas and Rose, Oklahoma.
- Priority is given to candidates who are currently local to these areas.
- Sponsorship is not available for this position.
