About the role#
This summer internship provides hands-on experience within poultry production and live operations. You will rotate through various positions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the production process and receive exposure to operation support departments, including Safety and Quality Assurance. Interns are expected to contribute to the team through innovative ideas and value creation. Successful performance may lead to opportunities for full-time employment with the Cobb team.

- Work in various poultry production and live operations roles.

- Engage with support departments like Safety and Quality Assurance.
- Apply problem-solving skills and time management to contribute to business goals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program with at least one semester remaining.
- Preference for students pursuing degrees in Agriculture, Poultry Operations, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a motivated, self-starting attitude.
