About the role#
The Cobb Summer 2026 Internship offers students the opportunity to work across various poultry production and live operations positions. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience within the production process and exposure to critical support departments, including Safety and Quality Assurance. Interns are expected to contribute to the team through innovative ideas and value creation.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through various poultry production and live operations roles to understand the full scope of the production cycle.
- Gain practical exposure to operation support functions such as Safety and Quality Assurance.
- Apply problem-solving skills to contribute to business success and value creation.
- Collaborate with team members while maintaining the ability to work independently.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with at least one semester of school remaining; studies in Agriculture, Poultry Operations, or related fields are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A motivated, self-starting attitude with a desire to learn from others.

- Location: Springdale, Arkansas.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Modality: On-site, full-time.
