About the role#
Trane Technologies offers a 12-week summer internship for students pursuing degrees in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. This program provides exposure to financial operations through challenging assignments and networking opportunities with company leaders. Participants may be considered for future full-time roles or our Accelerated Development Program upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Support new product costing and cost accounting projects.
- Assist with general accounting and tax-related tasks.
- Engage in financial planning and analysis.
- Perform data analytics and global internal audit activities.
- Support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance projects.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a BS or BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- At least one previous internship or work experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills through campus organizations, sports, or work projects.
- Legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
