About the role#
As a Costuming Project Analyst intern, you will handle project assignments autonomously. Your goal is to identify, develop, and analyze improvement opportunities within the Costuming organization. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Orlando, Florida, running from January 2027 through June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide consultative support on industrial engineering projects, including layout optimization, workload planning, inventory forecasting, and productivity studies.
- Recognize and implement process improvements to reduce fiscal spending or increase operational efficiency.
- Build relationships and interact with Cast Members at all levels, from front-line staff to executives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, with a preference for Junior or Senior standing.
- Coursework or a major in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization software such as Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, or SQL.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with advanced analytical and project management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and master new software tools quickly.
- A valid U.S. Driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for travel across the Walt Disney World property.
- Ability to meet the Disney Look appearance guidelines.
Location & details#
- Location: Orlando, Florida.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 2027 to June 2027).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as required by project needs.
- Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old, possess unrestricted work authorization, and provide your own housing and transportation in the Orlando area.
