About the role#
This internship runs from January 2027 through June 2027. You will work on-site at the Walt Disney World Resorts in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. This is a full-time, paid position at $22.10 per hour.
What you'll do#
- Conduct performance audits across Walt Disney World Resorts, including Disney Springs, Disney Sports, and Disney Water Parks.
- Evaluate policies, standards, procedures, and staff interactions to gather data.
- Travel to Disney’s Vero Beach Resort and Disney’s Hilton Head Resort to assess service levels for senior leadership.
- Develop and coordinate compliance with internal requirements and processes.
- Present your findings to senior leaders as part of a capstone project.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a Junior or higher at an accredited college or university, or graduation within the past 6 months.
- A degree major in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to build positive relationships with operation leaders and cast members.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Unrestricted work authorization.
Location & details#
- Location: Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
- Work schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Transportation and housing: You must provide your own reliable transportation and housing for the duration of the program.
- Appearance: Must be compliant with The Disney Look guidelines.
