About the role#
As a Product & Franchise Strategy Intern, you will support the development and execution of commercial strategies for Walt Disney World. You will work within the Product Strategy and Planning or Franchise and Product Strategy departments to help shape long-term product plans and strategic initiatives. This role involves using business analytics and industry trends to support growth goals for our parks and resorts.
What you'll do#
- Interpret data and visualize results to support the development of business cases.
- Coordinate with partner teams to build insights that answer specific business questions.
- Translate business problems into actionable plans for analysis.
- Extract and analyze data sets to inform strategy.
- Articulate the value propositions of proposed solutions.
- Create presentations that provide context for your analysis and offer clear recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- Coursework in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience collecting and analyzing data.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work full-time hours for the duration of the internship.

- This internship is located in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
- The program runs from January 2027 through June 2027.
- This is a full-time, on-site position.
