About the role#
This is a part-time, paid seasonal internship focused on the development and execution of Chinese business strategies for our marquee properties. You will work across partnerships, sales, and hospitality to support business growth and brand engagement. The program runs from October 14, 2026, to May 13, 2027, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Research brands to build new business connections within the Chinese market.
- Draft customized partnership proposals and pitch decks.
- Plan and execute sales-driven events tailored to Chinese customers.
- Create content for dedicated Chinese platforms to support marketing activations.
- Host VIP guests at Barclays Center, providing assistance in premium areas and suites.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track project status and support partner renewals.
What you'll need#
- Current college senior, graduate student, or recent graduate.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- Deep knowledge of the NBA and basketball.
- Authorization to work in the US for any employer.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or Communications are preferred.
Location & details#
- This role is based at our Industry City Corporate Headquarters in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, with additional work required at Barclays Center and the Brooklyn Basketball Training Center.
- The position follows a hybrid, on-site work model.
- You must be available for a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, or holidays.
