About the role#
The CX Strategy and Research team is seeking an intern to support our Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs during the summer of 2027. You will gain hands-on experience by analyzing customer feedback and using those insights to inform business decisions. This role involves working across multiple listening channels, including surveys, reviews, and mystery shopping.
What you'll do#
- Learn the specific customer experience programs and tools used at Love's.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends, themes, and areas for improvement.
- Support the development of reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
- Evaluate how customer issues are routed, tracked, and resolved.
- Create process maps, gap analyses, and best practice documentation.
- Assist with quality assurance and testing.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year university program, at least at the sophomore level.
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, Data Analytics, Psychology, Market Research, Statistics, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Basic skills in data analysis and reporting.
