About the role#
The Gemini Compliance Intern supports the maintenance of driver Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance. This is a full-time, paid summer internship based in Oklahoma City. You will work on-site to assist with administrative tasks and documentation related to driver safety and regulatory standards.
What you'll do#
- Maintain driver compliance files to ensure they meet DOT laws.
- Coordinate drug and alcohol testing and schedule DOT physicals.
- Manage documentation and spreadsheets for compliance reporting.
- Enroll drivers into various training and compliance platforms.
- Monitor driver progress throughout the hiring process.
- Process employment verifications and handle compliance requests from the field.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Prior DOT experience is preferred.
- Ability to sit for long periods, perform occasional bending or stooping, and lift up to 25 pounds.
