About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship based at our Americas headquarters in Lexington, Kentucky. You will join the Global Product Strategy & Management team to gain professional experience while contributing to specific business objectives. This role runs for up to 12 weeks starting in May 2027.
What you'll do#
- Lead 1 to 2 major business projects to help shape the strategic vision for specific platforms in the Americas region.
- Conduct research, gather data, and build reports or presentations to support organizational decision-making.
- Develop new marketing assets and claims to increase product velocity.
- Support daily operations, team meetings, and departmental goals.
- Assist with project tracking, internal communications, and event coordination.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on special assignments.
- Maintain information confidentiality and follow company standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program for Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong Excel skills are preferred.
- Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Interest in product development and business growth.
