About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term based in Lexington, Kentucky. You will work on-site with the analytical group to support engine oil research and development efforts.
What you'll do#
- Follow Valvoline RC 14001 safety protocols in all tasks.
- Use the VLIMS system to collect and record laboratory data.
- Conduct bench top testing on engine oils.
- Perform data analysis to support project goals.
- Communicate findings and updates to fleet stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds occasionally.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on teamwork.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
