About the role#
As a Project Management Office (PMO) Intern with the Peripheral Vascular team, you will help improve how project and portfolio information is collected, analyzed, and shared. You will work alongside project managers and cross-functional partners to develop reports, dashboards, and workflows. This position focuses on creating digital solutions that support data-driven decisions.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the PMO team and partners to identify reporting needs and user requirements.
- Collect, organize, and validate project data from multiple sources.
- Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Develop reusable templates, data standards, and user guides.
- Present project insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Apply your academic knowledge to real-world tasks in project management and data analytics.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Project Management.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Ability to commit to one of two program periods: May 17 - August 6 or May 24 - August 13.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Previous experience with project management in a corporate or school setting.
- Experience cleaning and validating data from multiple sources.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

- Location: Maple Grove, Minnesota.
- Modality: Hybrid (requires being in the office at least three to four days per week).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Employment type: Full-time, paid internship.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to the Maple Grove office.
