About the role#
This 11-week internship offers hands-on experience in managing high-volume travel centers. You will work alongside experienced leaders to learn facility operations, team management, and customer service. The program is designed to provide real-world application of your skills and introduce you to a career path within the company.
What you'll do#
- Train across store, fuel, food, and truck care operations.
- Learn to drive sales, manage costs, and support profitability.
- Practice team leadership, staffing, and employee development.
- Deliver customer service and resolve issues as they arise.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and operational standards.
- Enforce safety, compliance, and company policies.
- Collaborate on a cross-functional project with other interns and leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 2- or 4-year degree program in business, management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Confidence interacting with customers and team members.
- Ability to lead and a willingness to learn by doing.
- Proficiency with computer programs, systems, and technology tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Ability to complete a motor vehicle check and a DOT Physical.

- Location: Winona, Texas.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
- The program operates on a rolling basis.
