About the role#
This is a full-time, six-month internship based in Celebration, Florida. You will join the Latin America Consumer Direct team to support marketing efforts for Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, and Disney Cruise Line. The program runs from January 2027 through June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Analyze internal and external data to track market trends.
- Research and build reports that highlight business opportunities.
- Lead projects aimed at increasing brand relevance, intent to visit, and conversion rates.
- Work with multiple teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives.
- Provide strategic input on content for multi-channel projects, including digital integrations, influencer outreach, and in-country promotions.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience building positive relationships across different departments.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
- Familiarity with the Latin America market.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or video editing software.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Must be at least 18 years old with unrestricted work authorization.
- Must comply with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.
- You must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program.

- Work Modality: On-site, full-time (approximately 40 hours per week).
- Compensation: This is a paid position at $23.00 per hour.
