About the role#
The Disneyland Resort is seeking an Industrial Engineering Intern to join our team for the Winter 2027 or Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Anaheim, California. You will gain practical experience by providing analytical and consulting support across various business lines, including merchandise, attractions, and entertainment.
What you'll do#
- Conduct analysis projects focused on operational planning, workload planning, forecasting, and capacity utilization.
- Apply quantitative techniques such as computer simulation, statistics, and process flow analysis to improve operations.
- Lead and participate in team projects that require collaboration with various levels of cast and management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Industrial Engineering program with an intended graduation date on or after December 2027.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess unrestricted work authorization.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to learn new software applications.
